At Kulture Supply, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if approved.
